Team building through art

A connection that leaves a mark

Artistic team building is more than drawing together - it is an experience that connects people, encourages dialogue, develops creativity and brings new energy to every team. Through carefully designed workshops, we provide the opportunity for employees to express themselves, exchange ideas, discover a common rhythm and create something permanent - an artistic work that remains as a memory, a symbol of togetherness and creative cooperation.

The workshops are open to everyone, regardless of artistic experience. Our educated artists lead the process step by step, in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, adapted to your rhythm and goals.

What do we offer?

Art Centrala offers a flexible program of creative team building, fully adapted to your needs. We work with small and large teams, for a duration that suits you - from short sessions to full-day events.

Workshops are held in our studio in Senjak or at a location of your choice - in the company, nature, conference space or anywhere where the team can create.

We offer painting on canvas, painting T-shirts, T-shirts and other objects, making a joint picture from several parts, as well as thematic workshops in agreement with the client.

All participants receive material for work, and refreshments are provided in the atmosphere with light music - coffee, tea, juice, a glass of wine. On request, we can also organize catering.

The experience you carry with you

Our workshops are not a competition - they are an opportunity for employees to get to know each other outside of their daily roles, learn about each other and create something beautiful and personal together. The work process is simple, adapted to everyone, with an emphasis on enjoyment, connection and cooperation. We end the workshop with a small exhibition of works and a joint photo.

Everything the team makes stays with you - as a memento, office decoration or a symbol of the team spirit you built together.
